Yes. We ship across India in 3 to 7 days and worldwide in 7 to 14 days through a tracked courier. Any customs or import duties are payable by the recipient.

Shipping within India is free on orders over ₹2,500 and ₹99 otherwise. International rates are shown at checkout based on the destination.

Write to us within 12 hours of ordering and we will change or cancel it if it has not entered production. After that we are usually past the point of no return.

Unworn pieces in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving the return.

Yes. Ring resizing and size exchanges are free once per order within 30 days. Contact us and we will send a prepaid pickup for domestic orders.

Earrings (for hygiene reasons), engraved or custom pieces, and items marked final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

Every piece is 925 sterling silver, independently hallmarked. It is nickel free and safe for sensitive skin.

Use the printable size guide on each ring product page, or measure a ring you already wear against the chart. If you are between sizes, size up.

Store pieces dry and airtight, take them off before swimming, showering or sleeping, and wipe them with the polishing cloth included with your order. We also re-polish any Vrisha piece free for life.
