Processing time

In stock pieces are packed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Made to order and engraved pieces take 7 to 10 business days before they ship. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is collected by the courier.

Delivery within India

• Metro cities: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping is free on orders above 2,500 rupees and 99 rupees on smaller orders.
• Cash on delivery is available across India on eligible orders.

International delivery

We ship worldwide through a tracked courier, usually in 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and parcel weight. Any customs duties or import taxes charged on arrival are payable by the person receiving the parcel, as we have no way to pay these in advance.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email. If the tracking has not updated for more than three business days, or the estimated date has passed, write to us through the contact page and we will chase it with the courier.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available after repeat attempts, we will contact you to arrange a resend. A second shipping fee may apply.

Damaged in transit

Every order is insured until it reaches you. If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the piece before you do anything else and contact us within 48 hours. We will replace it or refund you in full. This is covered further on the returns and refunds page.
