About us

This site is operated by Vrisha, a studio making hallmarked 925 sterling silver jewellery, based in New Delhi, India. You can read more on our story.

Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept it once we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you get a full refund.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment partners. If a price is listed incorrectly we will contact you before processing the order and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel.

Made to order and custom pieces

Some pieces are made after you order, and engraved or custom work is produced to your brief. These items take longer to ship and, because they are made for you, they cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty. Any custom quote we give is valid for the period stated in it.

Product descriptions and images

We describe each piece as accurately as we can. Because our jewellery is finished by hand, small variations in texture, weight, and tone are normal and are not faults. Screen colours can also differ from the piece in your hand.

Intellectual property

The designs, photography, text, and branding on this site belong to Vrisha. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce them for commercial use without our written permission.

Liability

We stand behind the quality of our work and will always try to put things right. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you have a concern, please contact us first through the contact page so we can try to resolve it directly.
